Boot Camp

Our Boot Camp sessions allow you to work under the supervision of one of our professional Personal Trainers in the company of others.

These sessions are circuit based and although high intensity they are suitable for all levels of fitness. The Personal Trainer on duty will always work you to your ability and not others.
