Personal training is the best way to achieve results whilst working closely with an experienced instructor. We create tailored exercise programmes for each clients needs with focus on using correct form, injury prevention, strength & conditioning and mobility.

  • Our personal training sessions include a 1 hour tailored exercise session comprising of resistance, mobility, cardiovascular and flexibility movements. You will also receive access to our MyPTHub app which allows you to view progress tracking, nutritional info, additional workouts and more!

  • Your first session will consist of an initial consultation with your trainer to discuss needs, wants and exercise goals. During this we like to take a body composition scan to help track your progress on a weekly basis. Depending on your level on past gym experience we will generally use the first session to introduce some basic functional exercises to help gauge current fitness levels.

  • We have a range of packages available depending on how many sessions you would to do weekly. Generally, our 121 personal training packages start at £40.00 per session when booked in a block of 10 sessions. Please get in touch to discuss pricing options!

  • Get in touch with us to arrange a chat at the gym and we can then book your initial consultation session where we will discuss your wants/ needs, create targets and take composition measurements for progress tracking.

Whether you are new to the gym or have lifted weights for many years we will be constantly monitoring your form to help prevent injury and increase the efficiency of your lifts. Learn new exercises or improve technique.

Tailored Exercise Plans

Each client receives a tailored exercise plan based on their individual needs, injury history and goals. Whilst we also try to encourage variety to keep things fresh, completing similar exercises on a regular basis allows for better progress tracking.
