45 Minute group class focused around full body conditioning, high intensity exercise and muscle toning. A range of different circuits, partner exercises and fun challenges. Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities!

1 hour class focused on improving mobility, flexibility & core strength. This class is available for all abilities with beginners welcome! Learn new poses or challenge yourself with more advanced variants.
Thursday - 12.00pm
BoxFit with Dan
50 minute class focused on learning a new skill whilst burning calories! This class is available to all ability levels and is a great way to improve your stamina, CV health and muscle tone. You will learn the basics of boxing as well as get your heart rate up with body weight and resistance exercises.
