I’m currently training and working towards completion of level 2 and 3 fitness and personal training, I love training in the gym and discovering new exercises, and ways of training, not only for building strength and muscle but also for mobility and longevity. I’m loving gaining amazing experience at ReSET. My love for the gym started when I was severely under weight and needed a reason to build a healthy, functioning body! Years down the line I’m stronger, healthier and at my fittest. The gym was a life saver for me. The initial changes were scary and the first steps are the hardest, but looking back to how I felt physically and mentally, how I looked then to now, I’m so proud of myself for taking those first steps. Not only was this for my physical health but for my mental health too! Your mind needs love as well! I can’t wait to help people on their own journeys in the gym and celebrate every small win along the way. My favourite exercises would have to be squats, any variations of them and cable exercises for the glutes! Core is also a favourite of mine to train, so many variations of exercises keep it fun! I do however, love burpees (not a common choice haha!) Away from the gym I am a dancer and dance teacher! I do street dancing but love breakin’ and other styles too! I’m my downtime I like to go for walks and be outdoors.
