I have been training for nearly 4 years across various gyms and have gained lots of valuable knowledge and experience in this time.
I began exercising because I was quite under weight and this made me very anxious about going to a gym. The hardest step is the 1st but once I noticed the changes in my body my confidence sky rocketed!
Since then I have gone on to do my level 3 Personal Training diploma and will soon be looking to do my level 4 diploma in exercise referral. A perfect addition to working with older adults and clients with illness or injury.
Favourite Exercise - Preacher curls or weighted dips. I'm always partial to bicep or tricep exercise.
Away from the gym I love to be out in nature walking or taking long country drives. I absolutely love astronomy which leads to a lot of star gazing!
