Small Group/Semi Private Training
This is the best and most affordable way to get some coaching from our Personal Trainers. With our flexibility of mornings, lunchtimes and evening sessions you will be able to fit all your training needs into your busy week.
We offer memberships based on two and three sessions a week as well as short courses of 6, 10 and 12 weeks if you are after a shorter term goal for that special occasion or holiday.
Each package will provide you with assessments, food guides, recipe books, fitness tests and small group personal training. You won't have to think about what your doing because we'll be doing that for you. Just turn up, do as you're told and leave feeling great. Simple but effective.
